The VI MarxFem Conference – Nov 2025, Porto
In November 2025, the sixth edition of the International Marxist Feminist Conference was organised in Porto under the motto “Decolonise Bodies, Territories and Practices”.
For three days, intellectuals, researchers and activists coming from 50 different countries from the North and the South, the East and the West, met in Porto using Marxism Feminism as analytical and transformative tool of thought and practice, aiming at creating international networks and strengthening webs of solidarity.
In times of militarism, rise of the far right and normalisation of all forms of violence, Marxist Feminists gathered in Porto to organise resistance and hope.
